I'd be interested if you could make some wide-shoulder gravel rims. Specifically with 26-27mm internal, 43-46mm external. This would provide a smooth transition for 44c+ gravel tires, similar to the NEWMEN or DUKE racing wheels, as well as ROVAL.

Do you think the braking performance would be worth the cost difference? I'm looking to build up my Cima GR with XPLR Rival shifters (better brakes) + X0 or GX RD, but I'm also on the fence about a full AliExpress GRX827 + Ultegra shifters. Mainly worried about braking performance more than price.

Any reason why you chose to go with Shimano instead of SRAM? I've been on the fence about whether to build the GRX + Ultegra shifters or SRAM Force-GX Mullet

This is what I intend to do. I bought KORE crankset with 24 mm axle (road). Depending on the final setup I will a) add spacers to the axle; b)change the position of the chainring b) add spacers to chainring bolts

I'd be interested to see how this ends up. Another reason why I'm asking is because I want to run 150mm cranks, and the only option is the SRAM Red 150mm crank arms which are $440.

Hey All,

Planning to build a 1x gravel bike around the new Force XPLR groupset, but I am not sure what chinese carbon cranks would work with DUB Wide since most of them are built with a road-width Q-factor and spindle length. Can I simply just add spacers to the drive side to get the 47.5mm chainline? Anyone have any photos of chinese cranks on their SRAM XPLR bikes? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Looks like it would be soft in the rear triangle -- not sure why there isn't more material surrounding the BB shell
