They both look like good options, thanks. 696 looks quite a bit like the planetx free ranger!

29er / Monster gravel... what should I be looking at?
March 10, 2022, 01:15:48 PM
So, I really want one of these, but I can't afford it!!! https://opencycle.com/wide Are there any open mould or factory type models which are similar. My priorities are:
- big clearances (ideal 45mm+ on 700c wheels)
- largest possible frame size (I'm tall)
- forks with bag mount points like the enve adventure.
Does it exist?

29er / Space Chicken vs Workswell WCB-R-125?
April 27, 2017, 08:31:41 AM
I like the look of the one-one space chicken, especially the stealth dropper, but don't want to spend £800 right now. Is the WCB_R_125 going to make me happy? See:
http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/FROOSPCKN/on-one-space-chicken-650--700c-carbon-gravel-frameset
and http://www.workswellbikes.com/PRODDUCT/ROAD/ALL/Gravel/2017/0323/113.html
I'm a bit nervous about the custom seatpost shape, and sad this means no dropper. Has anyone actually built up one of these frames, or are there any other options I should perhaps be considering?
