So after much searching I've decided to get the ICAN Aero004 frameset in 45cm glossy UD and BSA BB.  https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/ICAN-Bike-Good-Quality-Road-Bike_60624186821.html?spm=a2700.8443308.0.0.fUjl7i
I paid $528 shipped to USA and that is with the 2.8% credit card fee.

All I want is a black gloss carbon finish and they said that they can do that.

I may have calculated incorrectly.  My daughter's inseam in a little over 28"  If the BXT's stack is 520mm and the radius of 700c wheels is roughly 13" the the stand over would be (13+ (52/2.54))=33.5"!  This will be too tall for her.  I'll have to look for something much smaller maybe something in a 46 or even 44cm.  No real good choices in carbon with di2 and direct mount brakes. :(

Those are about the same price as gotobike but don't look as well thought out.  I really like the gotobike one, but it is more than I want to pay and it is relatively heavy at 1300 gm for the frame alone.  The BXT is 1690 gms with frame, fork, and seat post.

Just chatted with Nancy.  $700 painted/$650 in gloss carbon+$110 shipping.  I think I'll just stick with the BXT for $400 shipped and spend my money on Ultegra Di2 components.

Looking to build a road/tri bike for the daughter.  She is 13 yo, 4'10" inseam 28" weighs about 70 lbs.  Her measurements put her into the 46/47 cm frame size.  Interested in the BXT Pro 1.0 because it is di2 and direct mount brake ready.  The smallest frame size is 49, so I think it will allow her to grow into it.  Don't think she is going to be any taller than 5'.

I don't know much about BB so would appreciate the help.  Looking at BSA or PF30.  Leaning towards a threaded BSA for maintenance ease.
