I'm Evan.  I've been watching Chinese carbon bikes for a while but haven't pulled the trigger yet.  When I replace my current Kona Process, it'll definitely be with a Chinese carbon bike.  I'm currently riding on Nextie 27mm ID carbon rims and loving them.

Consider some of the Ican frames.  I think they take plus tires.

Also consider Nextie.  I've had good experiences with them, but have never bought plus rims.

Check out Velobuild.  It might be cheaper there.

The Ican P9 looks pretty sick but doesn't look to be available yet.  If I were to buy today, I would get a Velobuild M-075.
