I was part of the Haideli group buy on here. Heck, people even accused me of being a Haideli employee on here. My frame was ok but had the dreaded rear wheel wobble. The fix that guy did on here was pretty good, but didn't totally eliminate it. Then my frame developed some creaks that I couldn't solve. I scrapped it. I saw the BXT upgraded frame that seemed to have a linkage that fixed the issue with the Haideli design. It even had a straight top tube and looked so much better. And it was insanely cheap. I gave it a shot and its been fantastic. No issues yet whatsoever. No wobble, no creaks. I love it.

These look awesome to me, but I am now seeing there are another 160mm option. I think it was the Prowheel DMJ crankset. These look better, but I do like the shorter option of the DMJ.

Looks like a specialized status.

I say go for it.

You're right! It does look like the Status 140. I didn't pick up on that. Very interesting.

Yea, I think gmbn did the CY5

I was pretty pumped when I saw that vid pop up on my feed. But the vid felt weird. He was complaining about odd things being extremely nit-picky. The stem is too sharp? The saddle smells chemically? And then he obviously didn't pay attention when ordering the cassette and cranks. And what was with measuring the head angle on the uneven head tube? Just measure it on the fork stanchions. This vid felt like it went out of its way to complain as much as possible. I was hoping for a fair assessment.

Nope. I'm still looking both seem like great options to me, though. I'm also now interested in that mullet frame that I started a thread on. But no one has commented, so I guess no one else is interested in it. As far as the other frames, I'm not sure if I like the 5 or 6 more

I just found this on AliExpress:
$904.52 | Softtail Mountain Bike Frame Enduro DH Bike Frames Aluminum Alloy BOOST DH Speedway AM Downhill Bicycle Frames 29/27.5inch Wheel
https://a.aliexpress.com/_mL6Z0pp

It's similar to the new Zink Vacay. Obviously not the same frame but pretty close. I'm pretty interested in this mullet frame.

This frame checks so many boxes, but 165mm rear travel is probably too much for around here. 150mm is probably more appropriate for our trails. But I still want to hear how this frame rides for sure.

Hopefully the Chinese frames start adopting geometry more like this frame. Steeper seat tube angles, etc

I was looking at the new Cam Zink Vacay frames and noticed someone in the comment section thought it looked an awful lot like the Winbo Cooyes CY-6. It does look pretty similar but the geometry seems a lot better to me. If Winbo ever offers a new CY-6 with this geometry, I'm in.

Thank you for the response. I think I'll try a set of these cranks.
