Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Please help trying to build the lightest cheapest road bike around the R8070 DI2

So basically planning on buying a Shimano R8070 DI2 Disc groupset. I am a total noob at building.
Can you guys suggest me the lightest cheapest chinese parts for this groupset:
1. frameset
2. wheelset
3. handle bar and stem
4. saddle
5. Did I forget anything to complete this bike? I am 5'4" btw or 162.5cm tall with 74cm inseam.
Willing to learn if I missed anything please advice.... Getting a mechanic to assemble everything btw.
