sure, but it seems to me that the hanger is not fitting the frame. It's kind of cumbersome

just got my frame, with custom painting. I am trying to figure out what kind of design they used for the rear derailleur hanger. It seems a sort of unfitting, to me..

I am riding a tantan frame since 2019. It's still there, I've done races and granfondo with it. Nevertheless, I had to fix plenty of minor issues, with no customer care because, if something goes wrong, tantan simply block you like a disappointed teenager. The forum is full of this kind of experiences.

i repeat what i've already wrote in another post, just to be sure that newcomers will save their money: do not buy tantan or seraph, unless the frame costs less than 200$ (in that case, it could be worth to flip the coin and try one of their frames)

it's been amost 10 years since my last TanTan frame build, but I see that they have not changed. The recommendation is the same as 10 years ago: do not buy from them.

i was looking at this frame and found out that spcycle has a T1000 version of the frame. However, the weight seems the same as the cheaper version. Have anyone asked the seller about this?

after 10 years, my sram red etap left me. The rear derailleur seems died and I've discovered that plenty of sram red etap electronic derailleurs have died over time. I am considering ltwoo er9 and wheel top eds to replace it, but I am wondering about the reliability of these groupsets. Considering also the counting failures that I'm reading here, would you recommend such groupsets? I am also tempted to go back to mechanical shifting...

i also have a wheelset with that hub, and I actually have a problem of little play of the rear wheel. I asked CSC and, after months of requests of support, they just sent me a new rear hub. I did not installed the new rear hub yet.

I have the first version, with the tiny pins on the top. It is almost impossible to mantain the headset tightened, after one or two rides it gets losened.

It is also very noisy, everytime I stand up on pedals, I hear "cracking" noise coming from the stem/headset. It could be due to the 4cm of spacers I am still using, or to the internal cables. I have shimano di2 11v and cable/mechanic brakes.
