That's 100% what LTWOO did with me. After literally months of slow back and forth, where every time the goal post kept changing, i gave up. in the middle there was my reseller being ghosted by ltwoo and having to contact someone else at ltwoo. they essentially do their best to be unhelpful.

and be careful because paypal is not helping anymore on this. Latest experience with paypal have been very bad, a waste of money. Probably aliexpress is more safe now.

Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: CSC Rear hub csct31

i also have a wheelset with that hub, and I actually have a problem of little play of the rear wheel. I asked CSC and, after months of requests of support, they just sent me a new rear hub. I did not installed the new rear hub yet.

Hi everyone - We wanted to share a quick update and let you know we have been listening to your feedback and have designed a new c ring. The new design has a small cut out that allows for a better grip on the steerer to take place once the headset is compressed.

For those that are having issues, please get in touch at info@velobuild.com so we can sort you out with a newly designed c ring. For those that are still using the original or second design without issue, please know you can continue using them without concern!

I have the first version, with the tiny pins on the top. It is almost impossible to mantain the headset tightened, after one or two rides it gets losened.

It is also very noisy, everytime I stand up on pedals, I hear "cracking" noise coming from the stem/headset. It could be due to the 4cm of spacers I am still using, or to the internal cables. I have shimano di2 11v and cable/mechanic brakes.

Are there any FM639 users in the forum that can share their experience?

for what is worth, I have a fm009 from TanTan and the building experience has been quite bad. It had a flaw on the rear derailleur hanger bolt, I had to fix it by myself while TanTan ghosted me instead of providing me a warranty service.

update: after 5-6 mail to the aliexpress customer care, the seller unblocked me on the aliexpress chat. Let's see if I will finally get to know the specs of the rear hub

7
Not my experience. For more expensive items, I generally buy from the official shop, and each time I got problems that were clearly a product flaw, I contacted the seller and either got a replacement or a part to repair.

It is my experience as well, with some sellers. Some other ones are a bit worst: CSC, in this case, and Seraph-TanTan.

I assume with everything I buy on Aliexpress that there is NO warranty when I buy...

In the image attachment you can see what the seller replied to me.

9
by the way, the seller blocked me and I get no information on my hub. Aliexpress is not providing any help, they just say: contact the seller. But the seller is not responding. I have a one year warranty, but the warranty from aliexpress is practically pointless.

10
I bought a set of wheels form them over the summer.  There were some issues with shipping but I have not had any issues since.

do you know what kind of hub you have bought? Do you have any specs?

11
However, the point is: the seller is refusing to provide me any documentation. Prior to the order, he granted me a "one year warranty". Now he is just not replying to my messages. So I do not even know what I bought. I am not asking for money, I am asking for informations. Still, no answer from the seller.

I have also had good experiences with them, so sorry you're having a bad time with this. I think their brake tracks are the best I've used so far, and the quality has always been really good.

registered 3 weeks ago, your only post is this one. Come on CSC people, do you think we are that dumb?

That's a Photo of a PowerWay, If you don't have that serial number...

Other option:

Could be?

I will check the RD07, that is a six bolts. But the seller refusing to provide any specs and/or the manufacture is really frustrating.

Hi,

If it could be helpful, I think that your CSCT31 hub is:

http://www.power-way.com.tw/PHB-CT31.htm

In my experiencia with CST, the product is correct, but the support or guarranty is nearly zero.

I have contacted Powerway, they told me that the CSCT31 hub is not a powerway hub.

Anyone has noise coming from the headset/spacer? I am using the integrated handlebar from velobuild and I hear a "click" everytime I put load on the handlebar. I suspect it could be the cables entering on the head tube, they are very compressed (i have shimano di2 11v, so 4 cables are passing through the head tube). It could also be due to the spacers, I still have 3 of them installed.
