What length axle shipped with your frame?  I got a 181 length and it seems a tad short.

Are you all having a Torx 30 axle at the rear ?

They sent me a T30 rear axle and a 6mm front for my 1056. I just asked for a replacement for the rear to be 6mm. Not very helpful for your situation, but it does seem like Carbonda is sending both options out.

You'll love spexcel, I just put in my 3rd order with them. I've seen rockbros on ali has some photochromatic:

It's difficult to know if they have UV filter... you could get them tested at a optician if you can find one with a UV test machine. That's the only thing that's holding me back from buying them.

I recently purchased some of the RockBros glasses.  I took them to the local eye store and had them tested and they verified that they were 100% UVA/B resistant.  They are nice quality, my only complaint is that they are a little heavy on the blue filter for my preference.  I have not worn them much (it's still ski season here) but they are comfortable to wear.

I have the green ones

I also order from Spexcel and so far have gotten 2 fake shipping numbers, so we will see if they actually fill the order!

The frame finally arrived. It was well packed and the quality looks excellent. The lower fork bearing fits.
I ordered an extra derailleur hanger and handle bar spacers, but these were not included.

I have a dilemma. I got a Ztrace press fit Bottom Bracket with the groupset, I ordered a ZTTO BB86 threaded press fit bottom bracket, but ordered the 24mm instead of the 30mm. I am waiting on the replacement. Do I build the bike with what I have or wait for the better Bottom Bracket? I am concerned about removing the pressfit bottom bracket.

 The frame is 1160grams.

I think I have the same groupset from Zrace store.  My cranks were 29mm spindle, were yours 30mm?

Contact them directly. I emailed back and forth a few times to order headset spacers and the headset.

I'll try to weigh the bike tomorrow.

Frame weight with cable guides and front hanger was 1161 with a two tone fade paint.

I think fork was in the 400 range but I didn't take a pic of the scale. It is not the lightest frame but with disc and integrated options it was never going to be a super light build .

What top diameter of the headtube do you need for integrated handlebars?

You need a 1.5in diameter top bearing for the housing to be routed internally.  The FSA ACR headset uses that bearing both in the top and bottom.

Just to double check, the spacers shown on the picture are from FSA, right?

Thanks!

That is correct.  The spacers are the FSA ones.  I found that the FSA spacers were much easier to install than the carbonda supplied ones.  The locking mechanism is really solid and you can adjust the headset spacers while the handlebars and cables are still installed.

I also found that the bearing in the FSA headset were a much better shape to install into the carbon cups in the frame.  The beveled edge of the bearing has significantly more contact area on the FSA bearings that the carbonda ones.

I just finished my build of this frame with the integrated handlebars.  I ended up having to order the FSA ACR headset and spacers as the bearing and race in the Carbonda headset did not sit flush in the fork/frame interface.  The headset spacers are also much nicer on the FSA headset than the Carbona one.  Attached in a poor quality photo of the handlebars (have not decided on handle bar drop yet so no top cap or cut steer yet).  The finish seems really nice, they are a little more flexible than I had anticipated, although no outside rides yet as it's the middle of winter.

Mine arrived last week!  Continuing with assembly but the headset bearing is not sitting flush with the fork race. Carbonda says this is correct but I have my doubts. Anyone else having this issue?
