This is pretty much exactly the build I'm trying to put together (albeit maybe with 55 G-Ones instead of burts), how is tire clearance?

Good clearance.  I dont have a pic, but there is ample room and I havent had any rubbing, even on some light singletrack

Is the G028's downtube aero-ish in shape? Or is it more of a rounded rectangular solid kind of shape?

Hard to tell from the pictures.

Aero-ish is a good description.  Its not as "aero" as my Winspace G3, but definitely not a rectangle.  It does flatten out towards the BB like most frames, though.

I've mostly finished building my build.  Just figuring out which bar/stem to put on.

-Med frame, raw carbon with clear coat.
-BTLOS 32mm int width wheels
-SRAM Rival/Force drivetrain
- 2.1" Thunder Burts

2 rides on it so far and it's mostly dialed in.  Rides well and the geo fits, so time will tell how it holds up. The only issue I have found with the build quality is the rear brake holes are not really inboard enough to center the brake pads in the calipers.  I'm going to file them out a little and see it can be improved.

Was that with the storage cover, thru axles, and/or hanger? They list 460 for fork and 1100 for M matte frame.

This was with the door, udh.  I left the axles and rest of the hardware off while weighing.

Has anyone weighed the frame and fork?

I weighed mine before building up.  Med with raw carbon/gloss clear finish.

Frame 1200g
Fork 460g

What stem/bar fits?  I want to put an integrated setup on and don't know which "standard" to go with.  I have an FSA ACR stem/spacers and it didn't mate up well with the provided headset.

Wow the carbon black looks way better in real life than the pictures on the website. On the website it looks more grey.

What size G3 is that, how tall are you and what is your inseam/seat height?

Frame is a size med.  I am 178cm (5'10") and have slightly shorter inseam 78cm (30").  The reach is a little short for me so I have a 130mm stem.  The only issue I have fit-wise is the seat tube angle is a little too slack and I have to push my saddle all the way forward, even with a zero setback seatpost.

New G3 build.  Fits 2.1 Thunder Burts with plenty of clearance at the front and enough clearance in the back.  I was hoping to be able to fit 2.25 tires in, but it definitely won't fit "properly".  Everything else is great, geo fits me well, no complaints.

Check out BTLOS rims and wheels.  I've had a set for about 8 months and have put them through the wringer (Im about 85kg) and they have held up great.  Communication was good and shipped out reasonably quick.  I will most likely order another set soon.

Ordered a medium custom painted, standard weight, frame about a month ago and delivered today.  Upon initial inspection, the frame quality is very good, and the paint job is amazing.  Shipping surprised me, as it shipped on 9/22 and showed up on my doorstep TWO days later.  China to Michigan, USA!

I have to now wait for some small parts to start my build up and transfer of parts from my current frame.  I also have a 165 x 40 RS SIDLuxe to try if I want to go with a 100mm travel set up.  Will be interesting to switch between the two and see which I like better (I'll have to get a 100mm fork though).
