Had it painted burgundy. The inspiration was Giant TCR sin city colour scheme but my painter couldnot replicate the colour. Alas im happy with the outcome anyway.

Its hard to get any cheaper than that. Its normally a pretty fast courier like a week to your door. Iys worth it.

That is a nice colour!

If you know your fit i.e. your preferred geo with stack, reach, STA, HTA, etc - your frame manufacturer can draw the frame for you. You can change and adjust until you approve the drawings. You'd be surprised the drawings is much more detailed than you can see from US or european builders.

A friend have one of these. Cant comment much on durability as i think he hasnt clocked more than 1,000KM yet.

The finish is really what caught my eye tho. Not many vendors offer satin finish at this price point. I'm thinking of getting one for my gravel bike.

icebikehaven is Malaysian company. I can vouch for them as I'm Malaysian myself. i think i bought a Shimano mtb pedal, about less than a year ago.

normally i would buy from icebikehaven via Shopee or Lazada (similar to Amazon in the US). I didnt realise they ship international.

Awesome bike! Did you just simply get the frame in their Aliexpress store or did you come up with your own design?

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Weight for reference

So i bought thru axle from ZTTO. Tips on on this TA (also most of the TAs) is to make sure you slot the allen key fully on the axle before putting any effort to tighten or loosen. The surface of the allen slot on the TA is quite soft aluminium eventho its a 7075 aluminium.

First ride tomorrow. Very happy with how it turns out!

p/s i will share components list later on.

They have been pretty responsive for me. Once deposit paid and geo is confirmed, I only emailed them 1week prior to original delivery date just to ask for some update (more like to remind them that delivery date is coming soon so pls start building now lol). The guy i work with reply within the day and every subsequent email after that was always replied the same day as well.

What email address did you send to?

Frame triangle is already welded. This was 2weeks ago. Hopefully the frame can be shipped by end of august.

The frame is still in the process of fabrication but i just got this from Aliexpress after almost a month of wait. Im very pleased with the quality so im posting it here!

I'm looking for 12x100mm and 12x142mm thru axle. ZTTO is the cheapest and easily available via Aliexpress. However Wiggle's BrandX also has a very similar but product and cost almost twice the price of ZTTOs.

Does anyone have ZTTOs thru axle to comment on? Or should i just spend on BrandX and call it a day?

Thanks!
