Hi guys,
I am designing a clamp to attach aerobars to my VElobuild integrated handlebar (380 width x 100mm "stem").  Something like this https://cults3d.com/es/modelo-3d/variado/3-additional-custom-versions-of-the-cp0018-tt-mount

Do anybody have acces to a 3d scanner to scan your velobuild integrated handlebars? I dont have access and having an accurate handlebar scan would make things easier and more accurate, I would design the base clamp and share the model for free.

Thanks!

Hi, This is my third Velobuild and I am having some issues with the handlebar for the first time. I can't remove some side to side play. It only happens to the right side and only when I stand up on the pedals pushing hard. Stem bolts tighten to 7nm and cap bolt by feel.

Are the top and bottom headset bearings identical and interchangeable? Or each one must be in its right place?
The hidraulic brakes cables are a little bit too tense pushing the C shape spacer to the right side. Could it be the reason?

THanks!

Hi there!
I am trying to find a time trial cilp-one bars but I can't find any fo my aero handlebar.
I have this handlebar

Does anyone know if any of these Giant aero clip-ons are compatible?

Hi everyone,
I would like to replace the screws of this brakes by titanium screws:

Could someone please tell me how long should be the M6 brake's screws? I don't have acces to my bike now to check.

Thanks for the info! I asked in a Tarmac SL7 forum and some owners of the original Tarmac with similar measures said that they are happy with their 52s. So at the moment I think i will keep the size 52 with 400/90 handlebar.

I'm not sure if I should change the size I ordered. I'm 171 cm tall and 80cm inseam.

Velobuild recommend me size 52 and 400/90 handlebar.
Specialized size calculator recommend me 54 size that comes with 420/100 handlebar.

What size would you choose?

Thanks! :D

Hi, I ordered an VB-R-168 the 7th of June and paid by bank transfer. I'm a little worried because they say they have not receive it yet and will let me know when it arrives. Anyone with a similiar problem? I asked my bank and the transfer is well done and sent the receipt to velobuild.
