Not sure if I have shown my new LCFS958. Sold the old one, size L and built a new in size XL. (im 183 cm) The goal was to get even more reach. I loved my old bike and the new one is also great.

@StefanB, your LCFS958 looks so good...that I am tempted to build 1 too!

Good to hear, I spent quite awhile trying to determine which tool would work best for my set up. I also got the Granite chain break, hoping they fit in my carbon bars OK and the frame carrier strap for tube, levers and C02.   Did you get the chain break tool as well and if so any how's the fit in your handlebars?

Whao! Thats quite a collection that you have! I have the ratchet toolkit and the bell. Chk out the bell, its fun!

A compression headset came with the frame, however I installed my old headset (with a few cheap carbon spacers I got off Amazon) since I'm using my old fork that has a starnut.  This is going to change, I've just purchased the Granite Stash multi-tool that will go in the steerer tube.  I looked at OneUp but the only version I that would work is the original EDC tool that requires the steerer tube to be threaded.

I m using the Granite Design Stash as well. Love it to bits!

Thanks for sharing!

The rear shock length is little strange to me - 184x45. Should I search for Imperial length at 7.25x1.75?

Oh whoa! This frame looks good. Yeah, the geometry is close to the current crop of XC bikes in the market, but XC bikes are creeping into the 120mm rear travel territory.

I like this frame. Can anyone share inputs on Miracle's quality control? Similar to Light Carbon?

Thanks in advance!

I believe the 1001 is in the $700 range and the 1002 about $900.

Yes, those are Wolfpack Enduro 2.6s! Definitely not the fastest rolling tread pattern or toughest casing but surprisingly good for ~$55. They handle really well in aggressive riding and are relatively light.

I decided to try them out with this build to help keep the initial cost down and because I’d heard good things…performance so far is very close to the $90 tires I’m used to, and definitely lighter. If the 2.6 version of their Trail tire (mentioned in a few review articles) was available I’d probably be running those for the rest of the season but alas in a few weeks I’ll probably have to put some lower-profile tread Schwalbe or Maxxis on to cut back the rolling resistance.

The Enduro is kind of halfway between a Hans Dampf and a Magic Mary in terms of rolling resistance so somewhat overkill for most trails once mud season is over.

Thanks for your review on these tires! I m looking to give them a try too. Probably an Enduro for my front n Trail for my rear. Just a little more work to get them as I m in Singapore.  ;D

This is a really nice build!  :)

Hope the creak gets resolved soon! How is the rear shock coping?

Have a blast!!
