Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: VeloBuild VB-R-066 build

I'm still riding mine, it's my most comfortable bike for long rides, living up to the endurance bike label.

If you're happy with max 30mm tyres - maybe 32mm if you like to live dangerously - then I'd say go for it. I didn't use the VeloBuild handlebars though, so I can't comment on those.

Got the frame and everything, the 30c ride perfectly with a 24mm internal rim, not as comfy as a mtb but buttery smooth  ;D

Got the handlebar even if I told chris I didn't want it 🙃 but he sent it nevertheless and didn't refund fe the 70 bucks for it. Didn't appreciate this shadiness when I sent a rather precise email after ordering.

Still the bike is great, loving it even after the insane inner routing process.

Only one question, do you have any old pic of the crown race? I think they sent me a non perfect one cause I have a 2 to 3 mm gap between fork and frame, if it's a wrong crown race I'll order a new one (and I hope a new handlebar in the near future)

Thanks a lot! I ordered the frame in a glossy clear coat, I'd love to see the carbon beneath (and it's lighter  ;D).
Regarding tires I was planning on staying with 30c and a 24 internal rim wheelset so I should have enough clearance. Nothing, I can't wait to receive everything and build it.
P.s. I decided not to go velobuild for the handlebars, I asked a couple of people and they don't love it.
I'm looking at a kocevlo x01 or the ullicyc t4 ultra.
I'll post the picture when I'll be done (it will take a bit, chris still has to ship the frame).

Last thing, how long did it take from order to shipment?

Hi to everyone, I'm planning a build with that same frame so two questions,
1. Is everything still ok?
2. How wide is internally the rim of your wheelset? Because I might copy your chuncky tire style 😂

Thanks a lot
