I unfortunately have the same situation with a frame I just received.

Before I order I had a question about the front thru-axle, does the nut just sit in the fork or should it be epoxied in?

If it's not glued, how do you torque up the axle without it spinning?

It doesn't look like the nut or fork have anything to stop it from moving.

I have an SP Cycle hardtail recently arrived.  Most of the frame appears okay, but the interior of the headtube is poorly finished.  This is in contrast with the interior of the bottom bracket which is quite smooth and well finished.

I do have the opportunity to return this frame...  would you keep it or return it?

Follow up on the Workswell WCB-M-336 above. 519usd plus 12usd for thru axle. Another 275usd shipping to Australia! Very expensive for a hardtail tbh.  Comes to the same price as the Planet X On One Whippet which is a Open Mould FlyBike FM916, but at least it will have a somewhat better level of support.

I'm so disappointed.  I put an order through to Carbonda for a FlyBike FM916 XL/21" frame, which is pretty much the only XL hardtail with somewhat modern XC geo.  Money sent, custom paint agreed, good to go.  A week after I've paid for my order they've sold it to someone else and have no more stock

Another bump here.  I have a spare boost 29er Wheelset and some other components that I want to throw onto a frame for racing.  The Trifox looked ok but I need an XL, which they don't appear to make.
