Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Frame suggestion - Aero rim brake with 28c clearance

Hi guys, I need suggestions about a new frame.

I have been looking for some time after a new carbon frame with c brake rim brakes, 28c clearance and aero features.

My current options are:
Velobuild VB-R86, has direct mount brakes
Twitter thunder, c brake and aero, can't find any good reviews.
