Those look great, but I can’t find any info on them on the farsports or wheels far website. Do you know how I can find out more/order?

I contacted them through Whatsapp and they gave me a big list with this included.

I think farsports does this 58/34 as well.

Flashing the red light means it thinks it's at the end of its travel when it's working. Could it be that the end stop is being depressed because some stuff slipped?

4
The issue is I can too easily reach the further shift button so when I'm sprinting my finger rests on the shift button for going easier. Not ideal haha

Maybe I'll shoot them an email about configurable buttons

5
There's no way to switch which button is up and which is down on a given side, right? When sprinting I'm struggling to hit the rear button on the right to get a harder gear.

Adjust for the 1st click. I only use the second click to adjust when in the big or small cassette cogs. The first click should already be free of FD rubbing. Plus the app doesn't allow for trim fine-tuning directly from the app, trim only happens manually when pressing the left shift button.

Do you have the issue where the adjustment seems to not move continuously in one direction? That's the other thing that's making it hard

I'm working on getting the fd tuned properly. When I'm using the adjustment button it seems to move in and out instead of just one direction. Does anyone have any tips? Should I be in the first click of going up to the big ring, or the second click trim position?

Component Deals & Selection / 14 speed cassette
« on: September 08, 2024, 10:23:44 PM »
I just noticed that the tantan seraph tt-x43 is advertised as 14 speed with wheeltop eds. I looked at the pictures and counted sprockets and it does indeed have 14. The cassette is listed as ”CNC hollow colorful cassette-14 speed, 10-36T".

Can anyone find it? I'm curious if they're using a standard 12 speed chain and freehub body.

I ordered the ones from ec90 and they sent me their track bars on accident. They've been pretty slow to respond unfortunately. The track bars are quite stiff so I'm not too worried about the road version assuming it's the same mold without horns. Hopefully they send me out the new ones soon

No, those are the 'v1' bars he mentioned. Less flare, slightly thinner at the top

I imagine non integrated stem will be a better user experience because people might not realize how long they need to go.

I have the non-bikedoc ones coming right now. We'll see how they are. I personally would want the same hoods, but more flare. More drag, but at least sprinting might be a bit easier. I do wonder if more flare would lean the levers in too far though.

Lol, so this design is one of the rejected ones that was part of the conversations I had that led to the “Bikedoc” bars. By rejected, I mean they proposed the other design after we talked about the shortcoming of this design. A few reasons appear to have bothered you already and a few might not. One of the big flaws is that everyone should pay attention to is that the clamping area is too small for a lot of modern internal routing stems.

Any other issues? These have a bit less flare, but a bit more aero top shape. Price is close enough that I don't really care, but neither look super friendly for routing mech+hydro through.

Has anyone opened up the shifter and looked at the circuit board/taken pictures? I'm curious how hard it would be to add in sprint shifters.

Hi kitty, do you have and pics from the front? Thanks!

Anyone experience using fouriers handlebar?

Mine just arrived. Got 36cm. I asked the seller what part was 36cm and they indicated the drops. Unfortunately the drops are more like 46cm. The angle should still get the brifters a bit narrower.
