Anyone know where they saved weight in the more expensive lightweight version? Presumably it's a difference in the carbon rim which is how other manufacturers like Light Bicycle differentiate but just a guess

But yeah, I will open a thread.
I find no pleasure claiming a warranty, less so bashing a company from which I still have the frame and parts.
Also, there must be a lesson learned for all: Don't take the quality and warranty for granted
Maybe give some more info so we can make our own conclusions.
Is the rim hookless?
What version GP5000 are you using? Is it hookless compatible?
Are you running tubes or tubeless?

Eventually the seatpost or whatever it is pressed up against (seat stays or maybe bottle cage rivets) will get damaged. If its the seatpost, you can replace it but if it something in the frame you are screwed.
