Finished building mine, but I absolutely cannot get the rear caliper aligned at all. Have tried another wheel that works in another bike without any issues so I don't think it's a rotor issue. I am worried it's a brake facing issue since I can see the caliper start to tilt as I tighten the bolts down... Anyone else run into this problem?

mine was quite bad with paint overspray on the front and rear, had to scrape the paint off and fiddle around to get it not to rub.

Unless they are a 60 year old boomer they should fit on a 58, i'm 192cm and can even ride a 56cm with a 140mm stem and that is with me having my saddle quite far forward over the BB. 60cm is freaky large imo.

Bearings from any highly reviewed seller on aliexpress should be fine, especially for headset, for the love of god do not buy ceramic though, the longevity on them is a joke.

Again I'm just looking for a Chinese friendly local mechanic(s). Not interested in investing time/skills/tools/money into wrenching modern bike.

Why don't you just call around? My LBS says he will work on literally anything, see if any of your LBS have that on your website. Some mechanics also charge a flat per hour rate when they're working on unknown components.

pedals and cleats are one of the few things I would not advise buying from aliexpress.
Pedal quality is very important to fit and having one pedal being even slightly wider/shorter can really mess you up.

I've used aliexpress shimano lookalike cleats and they have fallen apart like a ride in, when I investigated them as well the stack height was significantly off the actual shimano cleats I had.
