I just bought and installed Goldix chainring on my RPantahi crankset with Thinkrider powermeter.  However, the chainring isn’t spinning evenly.  I think they are bent.  Do you think it’s acceptable for such uneven chainring?  Is bent chainring a common issue with Goldix?

This has already happened to me with the Think Rider, because it has a wide locking ring and the spacer gets pinched at an angle, you need to use a spacer that fits inside the Think Rider.
In other words: the Think Rider must not be in direct contact with the bottom bracket, this is my experience.

I'd like to do a mini review of the VaporLite Pro 50mm iw23 wheels with 3.1mm carbon spokes, which recently arrived.

Ordered on January 11, they arrived in Italy on March 9... At least the shipping was fast, less than two weeks.

Unfortunately, the box arrived damaged, and I feared the worst.
Luckily, only the protective side cover was broken; I advised Zara to use sturdier cardboard.

I found all the spare spokes, tape, and tubeless valves.

The wheels weigh 450g + 555g = 1,005g less than the estimated weight.

They were fitted with RideNow and GP5000 28mm latex tubes with no effort.

I checked the tension and both are within 5% (report attached), while the truing and roundness are within +/- 0.10mm.
I'd say they're well-aligned and tensioned, and most importantly, they look fantastic—much better than in the photos!

The only thing I noticed is the slightly off-center camber on the front wheel 0,6mm on the DS side and the rear 0,15mm on the NDS side.
For now, I'll try them that way.

Last but not least, I appreciated Zara's support and expertise!

How good are your roads and do you feel like you could use some more comfort? Additionally how important is aero to you?

I only ride asphalt, I don't race, and I don't ride dirt or gravel,  I use a mountain bike for that! I don't use tubeless or latex, only on MTB 
The asphalt in my area is pretty good. There are a few potholes, but I'm not lying.

I'm currently riding 2021 Farsport Feder wheels with satisfaction, 21mm internal width and 30mm depth, with DT240 hubs, weighing ~1,250g.
And I'm not very aerodynamic by nature, I just wish I could get some wheels reliable as these are!
And also, I prefer 40/45mm max high because the wind scares me!

I might actually try fitting a 28mm GP5000 to my current rims and see how I get on, I've tried it in the past but without any major differences and if I don't like them I'll fit it to the wife's bike! 

One last thing, you confirm that putting 25mm tires on wheels with a 24mm internal channel is pure madness, right?

Thanks to this discussion, I've decided to contact Zara at Zen Carbon for information on an ultralight 40/45-depth wheelset.

In my area in Italy I ride about 1000 meters of elevation gain in 35 km distance so I'm looking for climbing wheels for my new SPCyle R088 and I think this choice is the most suitable for me.

I still have a big question: 21 or 24-depth internal rim?
I've always thought that wider wheels are better for heavier weights, I weigh 60kg, and I'm unsure what advantages I could get.
Currently, for my 60kg weight (plus 9kg of bike) with 25mm tires and a 21mm internal rim, I inflate to 69/74 PSI (4.8/5.1 bar), and I'm happy with it.
With the 24mm  internal rim, I'm forced to fit a minimum 28m  tire.
Sram's tire pressure calculator suggests that with 28mm tires and a 24mm internal rim, I should inflate to 46/60 PSI (3.9/4.1 bar).

Aside from looking like you have flat tires   what are the real benefits?

I'm happy with the 21mm wide Farsports and Conti GP5000 25mm with latex inner tube inflated to around 5bar and for my weight of 60kg I don't see the need for wider tyres or rims.
I also tried 28mm tires, but didn't notice any difference.
For some reason, I've always thought that wider wheels are better for heavier weights, feel free to explain to me if that isn't the case. 

For my new SPCycle r088 build I wanted a pair of new ultralight wheels with a depth of 40 or 50mm max to be combined with the Conti GP 5000 25mm.
I'd prefer 40 or 45, I'm afraid of the wind!

For the complete 105 Di2 groupset, I paid around €700.00, using coupons and the Aliexpress tax discount.
In Europe, I couldn't find it for less than €950/1000.
But I spent 40 days in agony; I'd never spent so much on Aliexpress!
And I don't even want to think about the warranty in case of malfunctions...
Not sure if I'd do it again. 

Well that's a real question, how much more expensive is it against Ltwoo, for reference I'm in France, and I can have a 105 DI2 for around 800€, considering it's a full group, with cranks, cassette, chain. Ltwoo on the other hand, offers fewer parts, and still 530€ for an ER9 V3 or 630€ for eRX, how much cheaper is it in reality? And in your opinion what are the pros and cons for each ones ?
