Seems like Wheel Top has their proprietry OSPW derailleur cage on Facebook post under the 7800 series group.

Also to note, the GeX groupset for gravel is coming along soon it seems.

SO far it has been performing well. Stiff and light, the only issue of the loosening lockring on non-drive side has been solved. The tiny bolt binding it came loose so I applied some medium strength threadlock and now it remained tight.

The gearing is not backwards for you right?  It's in reverse order on my Karoo2.

Does it have any issue for you to set up the gears correctly and display accurately on the Karoo2?
Could be more of a Wheel Top quirk on top of anything else.

For the record, on the Bryton Rider 420 here are the gear set ups:

Front Derailleur:
Gear 1 - Small Chainring
Gear 2 - Big Chainring

Rear Derailleur
Gear 1 - Biggest Cog
Gear X (depending on speeds) - Smallest Cog eg. 10T/11T/12T

have connected my EDS-TX to my Bryton Rider 420.
Since then, I have made a visual walkthrough video for reference.

Interesting choice to setup shop in Portland. They'll definitely be testing their groupset water proofing there (rains a lot). Great city for cycling and especially gravel!

I've ridden it a few times in the rain so far it held up fine. Just make sure you clean it up after the ride especially for the chrome parts to avoid corrosion.

I had an issue recently with the 6th to 7th gear shifting but the local bike guy sorted it for me. Minor issue aside, its been pretty much uneventful using the groupset since February 2024.

The tool for the lockring looks like a 20tooth BB tool correct?
You are correct.

2 months since I built my EDS TX on the TIME ADH2023. I must say it is pretty reliable so far and even survived a crash and worked normally.

The discussion on those lightweight Chinese cassettes do hold water as shifting is not as crisp as a Shimano cassette. Nevertheless at their current pricepoint, they are really irresistable buys with the amazing lightness. I am currently using the Zitto 11T-30T (12s) and there will always be a gear that will be tad bit off after a few rides. Not sure why but a quick tweak with the variable gear setting sorted that out.

Those are the Panaracer Agilest Duro TLR right? Hopefully not contributable by the tire in any way.
I have the Agilest Clincher and its sidewall blew a huge hole 3km into its maiden ride. I went on Amazon to read further reviews of the Agilest in general and found that I was not alone with blown sidewall off a perfectly new Agilest.

BTW I am using a DRIVE 45D.

mine is arrived, and have the lockring with internali splines

My seller is going to send me the correct lockring with internal splines shortly. Hope that can come and sort out the powermeter installation soon.

Got it. Will keep posted. I also ordered a RISK brand version to test.

12
We tried that but the flange on the tool is too thick. I have ordered a RACE FACE -CINCH lockring with internal splines instead to test. So stay tuned.

It is installed but without powermeter until I get a replacement lockring. The bike went from 7.4kg to 7.1kg in a single swap of the cranks.

If you ordered the crankset separately from the powermeter, there may be an issue with the crank lockring as pictured

The lockring can be hand tightened in but the grooves have no space for tools to fit in and tighten it. However, this may not be the case if the seller is offering a mounted crank unit to the powermeter as mine came separately.

The solution is to use an internal groove lockring like the Race Face CINCH for Easton lockring. Small hiccup but not catastrophic so the project will be delayed while I use the standard alloy spider  that came with the crank.

The cranks are from Aliexpress for about nearly USD200 and the powermeter are about USD270 with discounts using coupons.
