You don't need anything custom. Use boost mtb whell with a narrow rim..

Edit: I am still waiting and searching for a Chinertown equivalent of the Salsa Cutthroat frame...

What size Cutthroat would you ride? I've got a 58/large frame/fork I'd like to sell.

I have to discard it
And this is my problem also. I ride a 58 and very few of these frames come that big.
