Hi

I have an s-works epic 8 with flight attendant that I’m building up as a drop bar for long distace gravel type races. I have asked Peter to build the wheels on mtb boost hubs. I usually use thunder burt 2.1 or 2.25 tires. I just have to figure what stem lenght to use. Fingers crossed the fit works out nicely!
I’ll defenitely post some pics as soon as I have received all the bits and have it set up.

Your ti bike looks awesome!

Cheers

That is OK. Hope you will get your new wheels soon and love them as always. Looking forward to you guys' reviews.

Hi

Long time lurker on the forum here.  I just wanted to give some positive feedback.

I ordered a wheelset from xm carbonspeed and have been in contact with Peter via whatsapp.  His communication has been truly exceptional, sometimes even replying when it was well after midnight on his side.

It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Thank you Peter!

Kind regards,
Christoff

Awesome builds Arno!

Do you have any opinion regarding the performance of your FM909 or FM936 compared to something like an epic evo frame perhaps?

Love the bikes that you built up.

Kind regards
Christoff

In the beginning of the thread someone posted about allstarbicycles.com selling clones.
Anyone know if they are reputable at all? Or another dealer that sells epic evo/stumpy clones perhaps?
Regards

My 918 frame and carbon wheelset shipped last week! Time to tear down the parts donor bike and clean thing up. Mostly XO1 drive and a 110mm SID.

Hi! New on the forum.  I'm looking to build a new xc marathon bike that is slightly slacker than my current scalpel that has a head tube angle of about 71 degrees  ::).  Love this frame and also the FM909/FM1206.

Great seeing all the amazing builds and technical knowledge here.

What wheels did you settle on ShaneW?

Cheers
