29er / Airwolf YFM053 - Any suppliers with current USA stock?
« on: May 27, 2025, 12:47:16 PM »
After looking for and finding several specific carbon 29er hardtail frames, I am trying to find out if there is any USA stock. Because of the tarrif situation, I don't want to buy from overseas.

I found DIYcarbonbikes.com which is apparently in GA, but I don't think they have a model like I'm looking for from Airwolf. I bet they all come out of the same or similar factories. I attempted calling them but they only return phone calls, so we will see.

The Airwolf site has contact info for email and whatsapp, which I did get someone at, but they elude to having to ship the frame from China. They are not clear on whether there is any stock here in the USA.

This is the model I'm looking for in Large size:

Further on this - does anyone know why most of the bike frame sales posts on Aliexpress say "item can't be shipped to your address"?

I am a residential address in the USA.

How does it compare as far as weight to other possible options?

Thinking about building a carbon hardtail. I an about 235-240lb. I have a full carbon Chinese roadbike that I have put a lot of miles on with no issues.

Just curious if anyone her has a well built Carbon hardtail frame they would recommend. Looking for modern trail geometry, something that would work well with a 130mm or so fork.
