Having similar issues with the headset preload, can you point out where the spacer(s) need to go? I'm not all that familiar with the terminology. - thx

Finally got a response back from Yishun:

Hi Friend,
700C disc brake R086 road frame available with size 52cm.
HB088-42x120 remain the final one.
It is USD913 per set.
Including with frame/fork/seat post/HB088 integrated handlebar/headset/2 spacers/front & rear thru axle skewers/computer mount.
Also add with UPS delivery cost, and paypal payment fee.
Frameset with UD matte finish without decals.
Order now, you can receive the frameset after 7-9 days.

Does indeed look like the price for the frame has increased, but based on Patrick's feedback I'm ready to make a purchase. Just wish I could get it painted for a reasonable cost.

Price dropped for the TT-X36 on AliExpress.
Ping them on their Instagram, "Rose" is very responsive and communicates well.
I have a TT-X35 in process with them, it has also been placed on sale this week and I'm going to take a swing at asking them for a small accommodation for the >$100USD price difference. Can't hurt to ask.

I've been in constant touch with them (Aaron?) pushing them to get their rim brake version made available...only have size 49 on hand, others to follow soon. He assured me that they will customize almost any color/logo combination that is within their capabilities. Check out their Instagram for some examples.
This is a smoking deal if the quality is real.
