I bought a TT disc rear from them earlier this year. It has been been fine, but of course is not a wheel that's being used that much.

I bought from them after checking with a former team mate that had bought a wheel set from them which he said has been fine.

Unfortunately that seems a too long for me by ~5 cm. Crossing fingers you might make a shorter version one day ;)

They look interesting!

I can't quite get the measurements provided to line up with the actual pictures. Is it possible to maybe get some pictures where it's measured with a ruler or similar on the picture? Especially the length from back to tip (without the round part) and the width of the arm rests would be nice to get confirmed like that if possible. See picture for the two measurements.

The UCI approval only covers that the bikes respects the measurements laid out by the UCI regulations. There's no safety testing involved. Costs starts at 5000 CHF I believe. The entire protocol including prices are here:

I only have a TT disc wheel from them and it's been fine (very light, rides fine, quality seems good), though obviously hasn't ridden it as much as you would with a more standard wheel. A former team mate has gotten some wheels from there and says they've been fine.

Don't know who's behind the site, but I think most or all designs are open mould so I expect the same designs will show up in other places.

Agree completely, I try to preach this, but seem to be mostly ignored on forums. For some reason people are obsessed with internal width, as if you can't run bigger tyres on narrower internal rims.

It's a big boon in all aspects of aero performance, and gives you more freedom in tyre choice. Western companies do seem to be aware of this, though to varying degrees. Obviously roval as you said, hunt went in a very similar direction and the new newmen rims aren't quite on the same level but still a decent bit of difference. I'm really curious for any new swiss side rim designs. Their current ones are ancient.

I contacted them through Whatsapp and they gave me a big list with this included.

I mailed them about the 58x28/34 rims a few months ago and they said they didn't have them and would remove them from the web site. They still seem to be there last I checked, though. I would be interested if they do actually have them.

I would be interested to hear wheel and tyre clearance. Is it possible to measure inside width at fork, seat stays and chain stays around where the tyre sits as well as ~30-40mm further towards hub (around to where the widest point of the rim would often be)?

Be aware the stated weight for the LB disc is without the hub so the actual weight difference won't be that big. Not sure why you would ever state the weight of a wheel without the hub, seems shady. It's not like it's an easily exchangeable part.

I would also think that something alike to that conical shim could work. Someone with basic CAD skills and a 3D printer could likely also make something similar without too many issues.

I'm also looking into this frame (looking for gravel bike that's a bit towards aero/road bike, with clearance for at last 40mm tyres and a reach of ~360-370mm). Can anyone post a picture or two where it's possible to see the shape of the downtube? It's super hard to make the shape out on the all the pictures I have found.
