I also have a 2023 frame with quite low milage. The crack is not in the same place as yours. VB sent me a new one without any problems but unfortunately not correct size. So far no issues with the new one (about 3-400km).
However seeing your bar now makes me thinking of buying a new one in correct size. Maybe this could be a better alternative?

Normally you have to tension the FD wire more then you think to make it stay in the big ring position. That would be the first thing to try.
