slight off topic.
im considering a mix setup for my tribike.
if im going Rival etap xplr 12sp(with blips) + x12 kmc chain + 11-36shimano cassette + PassQuest chainring bcd110(shimano), this will work, but works even better if i swap the jockeys to shimano profile?
sounds like a plan

I have used xplr with rotor 11-39 cassette and by my experience the KMC chain was bad, Sram perfomed much better so in your case, I would go for shimano chain. No need to change jockey wheels.

I have ACR co at home, they are good. Just included bolts were a bit short so get m5x25mm with them. I have Vision original at home and would buy the ACR co again. Good bars for the money.

Not sure if you are using Sram or Shimano, but you are doing unnecessary steps. Just disconnect route and bleed. Sram nuts are so small you dont need to cut hoses and just reconnect it again. For shimano you are stuck with big nuts so new olive/barb. but again cut as short as possible. Also from my experience I didn't need to bleed Sram brakes even after multiple disconnects.

The spacers are totally fine, it rubs because there is not enough stack when you compress the headset. You just need to use some shims to add some height to whole stack. I have zero rub on my Time ADHX45 with provided 52mm bearing cover and related spacers, just had to use stock Deda compression ring to have enough height for the headset cover. You will have even less issues on your Btwin since it uses smaller bearing and you can use even round spacers and original bearing top cap.
