Yes, I did a full payment directly to their German bank account on 12th of August, not via paypal. Got a full refund within 5 min after I canceled the order. Payment-refund process was handled perfectly, I have no complaints about it.
I'm sure that frame had already been sent to someone else, so no loss to Mondince. For me it's also just a month of wasted time.
That's very reassuring, even tho you weren't satisfied with the frame. I have a hard time believing other chinese manufacturers would honor that. Kudos to Mondince.

Got sent video of the frame ready to be shipped today. Canceled my order.
And it's not the delays, but the fact that they can't properly follow requests: Couldn't confirm it had a proper QC, didn't weigh the frame, left out some of the rivets I asked to be removed, didn't send clear pictures of brake mounts etc.
It's probably just me being too picky, but I'm done dealing with Mondince and Chinese open mold vendors altogether, at least for a while. Might try my luck later.
Had you already paid for the frame? How was the repayment process handled?

What prices did u guys get? I'm about to order FM316 white chameleon paint for 665 euro, is that a fair price?

Is there a spacer kit for fully integrated routing into the handlebar? All pictures seem to have a semi integrated solution with cables running through the headset but externally routed at the stem?

Today was my 3rd ride on the FM316, 1st on gravel at a race in West Texas. The bike was amazing. As reported in my 1st ride on tarmac, it feels very much like a road bike while maintaining compliance and stability.  I felt in full control on loose turns amidst a pack, managed washboards without much discomfort, and descended w/ ease. It accelerates much better than what I was previously used to. In short, it performed flawlessly. (I, on the other hand, did not)

Some shots after the race:

Love the bike! What outfront mount solution do you have?

Also, i can't find a proper BB if i want to use sram dub? They don't have T47 with 86,5mm?

Would a pair of race kings fit this frame?

I also have similar question. Does anyone use a shimano road groupset? Thinking of using a 105 DI2 groupset and not sure what the max tire width would be?
