I unscrew them all the way out. They don't seem to make much of a difference.

Otherwise, congrats on the build! You might want to reconsider the saddle tilt. Except for very specific reasons, it's best to have it at 0° angle. If the forward tilt seems more comfortable for you, it might be an indicator that your saddle is too high.
Hi. While looking into a Falath Evo I noticed new colors marked with Evo+. After asking Elves about it, I got the comparison below. T47 Bottom bracket and pretty different geometry.
