Does anyone happen to know the dimensions of the headset? Mine has started to feel a bit rough and needs replacement. Have managed to stear clear of the play, but only just, so will probably order that "other" C-ring and use that when I put things together again.

Not a direct answer to the post above, but more a comment on what this bike does and doesn't have. Yes, it has all of the above, and yes, I would've liked a storage compartment. But - the one thing this bike doesn't really have is comfort in the rear end. It's super harsh and I find that it doesn't really mute out any small washboard sections at all. Even with 2.1" TB below 20 psi I find the lack of comfort annoying. Not sure why, though. Another user on WW suggested it may be related to the seatpost. I'm using the zero offset post, which is real junk by the way - at least for my use case (I am very sensitive to changes in saddle tilt, and making small adjustments is very, very hard).

Hey all--I noticed there wasn't a topic for this saddle yet, and I fully understand why. It is One of the most expensive AliX saddles. That said, after owning one for about 6 months, I figured it's time to share some thoughts because it's a brilliant saddle.

Do you have any experience with the Pro Stealth and if so, can you compare it that saddle? I noticed those saddles some time ago, and they look quite nice.

I ordered one last week, as mentioned earlier in this topic. Size L, custom colorway, SRAM Force groupset, bars. Ordered a wheelset from XMCS (58 mm, 20/20h, carbon spokes) as well, so all I really need is a saddle (of which I have PLENTY) and tires. Very much looking forward to building this thing up, just hoping it gets shipped out before CNY! The Quick Pro USA site now has a banner up top stating 3 weeks standard delivery, 6 weeks for custom. Guess this is to account for CNY, as the lead time when I ordered was supposed to be very short.

There's a topic on WW, and people seem to have trouble fitting larger bottles without rubbing against the frame. I normally only use 550 mL bottles, so probably not an issue for me, but the Giant Propel bottle cages should work with larger bottles. I might order some to be able to fit larger bottles somewhere down the line.

Contemplating 65/65 maybe even 75/75mm. 65/65mm set are now achieving crazy weights like 1100grams!
XM CarbonSpeeds 78/78mm also but not 100% sure.

Looks like we are planning quite similar builds, I ordered a custom painted frame with handlebars and Sram Force groupset just before the weekend. Probably going XMCS for the wheels as well. Haven't decided on power meter yet.

Maybe Velobuild will clone the Noah FAST as they already have a Ridley ASTR clone that apparently sells loads

I think the STA is measurred at the Stack height and therefore you should have steeper STA the higher you sit

I see what you mean. The axis of the seatpost is eccentric to the BB. I guess this also goes for the original Foil as well as for the S5. Makes it hard to determine whether it will enable positioning the seat as far forward as I would like ... since, as you pointed out, raising the seat effectively steepens the STA.
