Updated with new suspension. Trying it as 170-170. Feels a bit more lively and easier to pedal around. Still feels like a solid frame with good geo.

Bike is done, built it with my dvo onyx sc d1 180mm and jade coil in the back. Full xo1 drivetrain. One up 180mm dropper. Will try it out out at the bikepark tomorrow.  All came together nicely.  Put new lock tight on all threads in the linkage.

Frame have arrived.  Will start building it up. Good finish and internal structur looks good. Internal tubing seems to bee plastic tubing. And there is a hole in the bb for water drainage.

Hi Okay, diffrens in BB height with FOX 38 is 349.4 mm @180mm and 346.2 mm * (-3.2 mm)@170mm but as a mullet bb hight is really low. From the geochart it says 588 ATC and fox 38 @170mm is 583.7 so its not that big of a diffrens.

Did you run 170mm back also? i got a fox x2 that is easy to change travel from 65 to 62.5mm and i have a DVO onyx at hand that is easy to change travel from 170-180mm so i think i will try before getting the right air spring for the 38.

But thanks for your input, i will use it as my Enduro racebike  :) im around 170lbs on a good day.

Thinking of getting a OneUp 180mm dropper also.

Yea i think i will like it, been testing my friends parkduro Spindrift and its so fun!

I have cracks in my seat stays after one competition and some bikeparking. I have been having dialog with light carbon and they are making a stronger rear triangle and it will be ready in oktober. but i dont trust this frame anymore. Sent a question of refund but i have not received any replies from them on this.

I think the leverage curv is to much for 170mm on 55mm stroke.

Yes norco have good levrage ratio.  Hi in the beginning for small bump compliance, progressive to the end for good bottom out support even with coil. I wabt this frame with norco levrage.

Got this from Tideac, looks way to linear to work properly, even a air shock will have problems with the intended use as an enduro bike. This frame got potential with a better levrage ratio.

I received the size medium that I ordered.  Frame built up just fine. Only issue was the original shock we bought was the SR Suntour Triair 2 with the sideways piggy back and the frame was about 5mm too narrow.  Switched to the voro coil as the original triair is no longer available.  One bummer was that all the drawings had a ISCG-05 mount shown but the frame I received did not.  I asked and was told that production frames don't have it.  Went with a crank based bash guard instead.

Have you been riding your bike, impressions? Any problems with your frame?

Now with some sweet burgtec 50mm rise to compensate for low frame stack.

170mm of travel on a 55mm stroke is crazy. You'll need to stuff a few volume spacers in the shock for sure.

yes i use one .6" ³ orange spacer, started with one .4" ³. not to bottom out to hard, best with 55 stroke is 150-160. for 170 it should have been trunion 205-60 or 65. for a better levrage ratio like Scor 4060LT that has a very similar design.

After more riding, both park and home trails. There is two things to keep in mind. For a modern enduro frame stack on the M frame is to low. On the L frame its good. Did end up using 50mm rise handlebars to get same rise as my orbea rallon 2020 to feel comfortable.

Frame is design around 571mm axel to crown that is 160mm forks and all 170mm forks are 583-586 so you end up with 63.5 headtube. If you dont go for 160-160mm instead.
