For component availability the only hard requirement is UDH as I can do enough custom 3d printed work to make stems, bars etc for this project
But the VB-TT-023 has UDH, so what's the issue?

Where did you find the rear disc for 475 USD? That's very, very cheap and I can't find it on the website for less than 780.
