Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Do 30mm external light rim brake wheels exist?

I'm looking for 30mm external width rim brake wheels. Do they exist? Or because 30mm tyres have problems on most brake calipers and frames no one makes the?

The widest I can find in elite drives and a discontinued ar56 bby lightbicycle.

I have a newer gen rim brake giant TCR and want to fit 30mm wheels and tyres on it.
