That's unfortunate! That frame is toast. You could probably get it repaired but not worth the hassle. I would ask them to send out a new one.
They gave me the run around. Claiming it happened during shipping which is obvious bs. Ended up having it repaired. Cost me about $200, was given a good price by a guy that was interested in the frame and my build, having only worked on high end stuff. Seraph (TanTan, whatever) offered me $60 as their part. I've ordered lots of stuff from China but this was a let down customer service wise.. I get that their margins are very small but still, I payed for a non damaged frame (and shipping twice) so you assume they'd deliver. You live and learn I guess.
In the final stages of building it up now. Will post photos and a review (of the process) next week.
