Nice build, Peter! Pretty much exactly how I had in mind to build mine.

Are you guys selling these complete bikes now?

Yes, we do, we can assemble IP-256 SL bike, and IP-057 complete bike with same specs, we can use N-SS IP-HR927C 29er XC racing wheels as well

Iplay IP-106 complete bike, 9.2 kg

IP-106 frame 18'' BSA UD matt for 142x12
FK-052 485mm fork UD matt for 100x15
Shimano XT complete groupset
N-SS IP-HR930C wheelset
IP-SP6 seat post
IP-B04 handlebar

We (Iplay) are making new 29+/29er 50mm width fat bike rims FR950C

Deepth: 25mm
Weight: 500g+/-15g/piece
ERD: 598.6

Here are some pictures and geometry for reference

We copied Specialized design.

OD is 26mm, ID is 22mm

Iplay newest and special design hookless rims IP-HR925C, as you could see from below geometry.

Weight: 420+/- 15g/piece

I think this is an old topic, people talked much about T700/T800/T1000 carbon fiber before.

Actually, it is illegal to use T1000 for any carbon bike frame, because T1000 is only legal to use for military in China. It is impossible for any factory or any private person to use these top end carbon fiber sheet. So we never declare our frames are made with T1000.

IP-066SL and IP-032 SL road frames, IP-256 SL 29er frame and IP-196 SL 27.5er frames are all made with T800 carbon fiber

T800 carbon fiber frames costs more than T700 carbon frames

I think you should know IP-066SL or FM069 SL frames costs much more than FM015 normal light frame, and IP-256 SL costs more than IP-057 as well.

I think everyone wants to get carbon frames in good quality, and best service before order and after.

We can assemble the wheels with any kind of rims, and we have the rims you need available: http://www.xmiplay.com/ProductDetails1680

Could you share the eBay link for the carbon spacers? They look like those we make, but we don't sell these items on eBay.

We usually make 2/5/10/15/20mm

We do sell some to customers who usually order small items from us, maybe they resell them on eBay

We are negotiating with EMS now, we lost 4 packages to the US recently. I have to say sorry about this, they are negotiating with the flight company as well but no response at all.   We have to reship some wheels and frames to our customers, we have to assume all loss by ourselves, EMS says they just assume reshipping costs. Damn it.

Scott, I totally understand you, if you can not wait for reshipping frameset, we will refund the payment to you.

Here are some videos referring to our 80mm fat bike rims testing:

We make each kind of production with testing, frame, rims, forks and other items. Now we are arranging 80mm fat bike rims batch production

IP-010 and FK-018 frameset available for now: size 19'' will be available in 35 days.

I won't sell you mine, I will build a new one for whoever wants it.
The bars are the carbonality 700mm ones, XMI play only has the 600mm ones which works okay for some riders.

Haha Charles, actually we have size 700mm flat and riser handlebars available, you did not ask me for that

We will still have IP-057 frame available all the time in future
