Try flybike (the OEM behind carbonda). A little bird tells me they OEM for derosa (which doesnt mean ALL derosa bikes come from flybike, obviously).

It's not an open mold. I think Rubiao makes them (I think the same as 3T and Pinarello?). In any case, that factory is one of the older and better-established ones, and they don't sell anything D2C or even through agents. Their factory brand is Pardus.

Open are also moving production to Portugal.

Yep impossible to get hands on padres frames
