Hi everyone,
I recently finished my build and everything went smoothly, except for one issue I can't seem to solve.
For the bottom bracket, I used a ZTTO model T47-24l:

The bike feels great during normal riding, but as soon as I put more power through the pedals (starting at around 300W, the bearing feels "rough" or "unround." It’s hard to describe, but it definitely doesn't feel smooth under load.
So far, I have tried:
Taking everything apart.
Re-cleaning, greasing and tightening.
Unfortunately, the problem persists. Now I’m wondering:
Did I pick the wrong BB model for this frame?
Is this a known quality issue with ZTTO bottom brackets?
Can anyone recommend a alternative BB that fits the frame?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Pretty sure my bike came with one of those rubber-ribbed things, but someone else should confirm, since I toss all of those into a box and have no idea which one came with which bike.

I still think this frame is worth the hassle of dealing with the unpolished bits, though the integrated bar from LTK really looks like something you should not be buying. I am not sure the Kocevlo one is better if it is the one in this thread:https://chinertown.com/index.php?topic=5362.0

Regarding the headset, it's not a noob question; it's legit as bad as bottom-bracket standards at this point, if not worse. Some Merida bikes (e.g., the Scultura) use a shallower ream depth than the FSA and Deda standard. IMO, it's best to use a setup with an FSA ACR-specific fitment or is compatible with the spacer stack.

Thanks so much for your input. Now i know that the sensible thing to do is going with the FSA stem. We'll see if I can resist the temptations of a flashy cheap integrated cockpit or if I'll just try it out. I did not consider the longteng handlebar, because i need 120mm length.

Hey everyone!
New here. Huge shoutout to sakizashi for bringing this frame to my attention.
I'm about to order the frame and sourcing the other parts.
I was planning to use the recommended FSA ACR no 55 Headset and use a standard stem/bar combo.
However, I saw that some folks on Merida Bikes (FSA) managed to fit the integrated Kocveleo Barstem. This got me curious.
Question: Any chance the Kocveleo Barstem fits the LTK266-D-SL frame using the FSA 55 headset? Sadly i am kind of a noob and could not figure it out by myself.
Appreciate any insight before I buy! Hope to drop some bike pics soon! Planning to order the frame in translucent purple.
Thanks!
