Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with the rear end of my ICAN Graro frame and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

The rear wheel feels loose even when the axle is fully tightened — there’s still noticeable movement. It feels like the axle that came with the frame may be too long, because it bottoms out before properly clamping the wheel.

On top of that, my UDH hanger has failed. The steel sleeve inside the hanger actually split apart, which makes me think the axle may not be clamping against it correctly.

Could other Graro owners check their rear axle length and confirm whether theirs clamps down solidly with no wheel movement?

Just received the set. So far update firmware and planning to install on the bike this weekend.
Anyone know what tool to use to unscrew the end caps on the crank?
