Frame pump bracket that fits oversized downtubes?

I recently purchased a Giant control mini mtb pump for my bike but the bracket that it comes with is so short that it cant sit flush on the downtube and my bottle cage cant even fit on top of it. Anyone have a recommendation for a mounting bracket with more clearance?

I'm not sure that I completely understand your situation but would making some standoffs to mount your pump bracket be an option? I've 3D printed a few simple items for my bikes.
