I tried the GUB brand that is a PF with the two cups that are threaded between them.
The bearings are thin, but did hold quite well until last week.
There are 2 6706 Z ZZ bearings 30*37*4 mm on each side.
And can be bought at

But I couldn't find the plastic reducer 30mm->29mm, par in the bearings, anyone has a source?
I tried the Hope's GUB adapters laying around, but they are rubbing with the cup if pressed totally.
I could throw the BB out and get a new one, but I'm trying to recycle it, it is well built
