A da 9200 crankset with rings comes in under 600g for one of the stiffest cranks on the market.
and one of the most unreliable power meters on the market

If you want an accurate spider/crank based power meter for a Shimano drivet train you need a good crank and I would prefer with a three bolt interface.

Looking for a flat pedal

I bought these cheap pedals ($12) on Amazon and put over 2k miles on them. I don’t see them on Amazon anymore, but I found their Ali version. Looks exactly like the same pedal so I ordered some for my upcoming build.

I don't like bulky alloy MTB style pedals on gravel. They bang into everything and just look dumb on a drop bar bike. I actually prefer these nylon pedals with a single sided SPD clip. I bought mine last year for $9 USD, but they've gone up in price since then. They're also listed for $13 USD on the Dollar Express section, but I can't link directly, so shop around.

I have these. I liked them, but after a few hundred miles I had trouble un-clipping for some reason. 1-2falls, maybe that's on me. After the 3rd I was kinda done with these. That being said, I did like them, and maybe there was something else going on, so maybe others will have better luck (and it's really not a big deal, they're cheap, take a shot on them).

I bought some Racework, low profile, dual-sided SPD pedals and I've been much happier with them.

Full Shimano 105 R7100 12 speed mechanical for $328 + $60 shipping.
But the code "IFPOCEB" slashes $40 off.

Ordered one just now $370 all included shipped to the USA.

Update on this.
My package is here already. Ordered on 13th. Shipped on 16th and delivered on 19th by DHL. I thought the $60 shipping was a rip off but considering how fast it came and how well it's packed, I think they aren't making money through shipping cost.

Anrancee has been my top store for Shimano groupsets for a long time now and continues to be so.

I bought a pair of raceworks spd pedals a while back. I have only used them on my indoor trainer but they have gotten some decent use. I have no complaints about them at all. For $18 bucks I'm super satisfied. I can't comment on how well they would hold up in the rain and dirt. They are about 30g heavier than my shimano pedals but 10% the price.

Sounds like a cleat issue to me. Was it an old cleat? Shimano or supplied with the pedals? They can be VERY hit or miss IME. I have the zeray mentioned above and while you'd think a stupid metal cleat is hard to get wrong, the supplied ones are clearly inferior to shimano cleats. Haven't had any luck with 3 pairs of MTB cleats on ali

I like these because you can bang them around and because they're nylon plastic, they tend to look fine after hard use. All my alloy SPD pedals look like dog s**t after a few months from constant rock smashes. Also if you can find them for $10 USD or less, just buy a few and keep them as backup!

Litepro alu bottle cages, a number of sources. 21g alu cage, well under $10. Yes, there are carbon cages that are lighter, but if you're doing a color theme with bolts etc, these are very nice. A little tight on my Fly bottles but suspect they'll break in a bit.

They look pretty sweet! Do you buy them on Alix? If so, do you have a link? I just saw them on their webpage.

FWIW raw alu bottle cages will put black marks on light colored bottles in no time. Best to shoot them with come clear coat. It eventually wears off but can always be done again.

There are a number of sellers, some much cheaper. Their photos don't look glossy but expect the cages are. There are also some with lips that are supercaz knocoffs.

Re:black marks on light bottles-these cages are anno, so probably not, although it might be that the anno will wear.
