« on: July 02, 2018, 01:59:07 PM »
Hi,

New to idea of buying a Chinese frame and building it up myself. I'm petite female (4'10") and need a 13.5" frame...anyone have leads on manus that offer a small frame??

Thanks!!

This is probably the smallest you’re going to get. My daughter started on it when she was a little over 4’6” tall.

You can contact Peter at petercycles@foxmail.com
I've built two hard tails for my kids on his CS-016 frame in 14" size.
They were tall as you.
The rigid fork, is not that expensive and for me a good option for an ultralight easy to ride bike.
Frame and fork, can be custom painted.

Beware this is a 26" wheels bike with quick releases axles.
Which is not the most modern design, but you will get very good prices on your fork and rims/wheels.

Carbomania
Tideace
BXT

Tideace has options for paint which is a plus. Carbo has two sizes 14in XS and 16in S. The Tideace weight is not accurate btw, as frame weight is around 1100 grams as measured by myself and other owners.

There's a big thread on mtbr in the family forum about the Tideace.
