any 27.5 carbon small frames with HA slacker than 69.5?

Looking to build small 27.5 HT up for short friend. Did some searching, and it seems all head angles are 69.5 or 70.
I'm probably missing something so I'll ask: anything with a HA not super steep? If it matters we'd be running a 100 but could do 120 fork if it didn't mess up the seat angle (looking for no less than 73d either way).

The CS-406 from XMCarbonspeed is a little slacker at 69 degrees if that counts. The seat angle is at 73 so going to a 120mm fork would mess that up a bit. You could go with a 110mm fork and split the difference. 68.5 HA and a 72.5 SA.

If you stick with 100mm forks, there are a few great options right now. Amazon and a few other vendors have a 2017 RS Sid RLC boost fork for just under $300. It's the new version that maxes out at 100mm of travel but it fits 26+ wheels and it has the new Charger damper. I got one from 365 Cycles for $291.37. After cutting the steerer and installing the star nut it weighed in at 1570 grams. It also came with the stealth decals.

Jenson has the Fox 32 Stepcast Factory forks in a couple color and axle options for $299. You will be limited on tire sizes though.

I'm liking my 057 frame with 100mm Stepcast, but was thinking maybe she'd like a 120 for more gnarly terrain. First-world problem, definitely.

Probably the same frame, but claimed weight is significantly less. Doesn't give reach or seatpost size. Are they all 31.6?

A Reba 120mm might be a good option then. They can be bumped up to 120 and are a bit lighter than Revelations. You will be limited with those two forks though as they both max out at 100mm.

And if you tend to over analyze every bike part purchase, you’re in similar company. Welcome to the club. 

It hasn’t been ridden yet but so far I’m extremely pleased with the CS-406 I’m building.

Maybe I'll look at Jenson's closeout 120mm for Fox because their axle to crown is less than RS. Usually. But my OCD hasn't entered the "fork specs door" yet, haha.

Just saw your post for the CS406 and fitting 2.6 tires on wide rims. I'd stick at about 26mm ID so there'd be a bit more room.
Which makes the SID more appealing should I go that route. My 29er stepcast fits a 2.4 no problem, but obviously it's a completely different animal than the other 27.5 fork options.

Eagle GX, Crest or MK3 Arch EX rims, decent hubs, carbon bar, thinking no dropper, SLX brakes, 160 rotors. She's light and places high value/fun on climbing and fast fireroads. Descents....she couldn't care less.
