Chinese hydraulic disk brakes - are there any worthwhile considering?

I didn't see too many brands, the only one was "Zoom", however, they look a bit like what Wal-Mart bikes have, they are in the US$30 range on AliX. I don't mind to spend quite a bit more.

Is there anything out there?

The description says "hinged lever clamp" but the pictures show otherwise. Are they hinged or not?

I haven't used the full Hydraulic version of the Zoom Brakes but had a pair of cable-actuated hydraulics on my steel frame gravel bike. They performed so well I hadn't actually noticed that they were cheap brakes. .

Learned recently that the ZRACE ones fade quite quickly when getting hot.

to try on a budget gravel.
Hybrid cable actuated + hydro end.
Looking forward for the first Sensah fully hydraulic !

I haven't seen any full hydro Chinese, as that would require specialized brifters, but I've heard nothing but good things about these cable actuated hydros

I have been thinking about a solution to getting hydro braking on a sensah groupset. Swapping out the shifters and brake calipers for 105 ones should do the trick. I plan to try it soon. It is an expensive upgrade and will double the cost of the groupset. I could also try the dreaded ugly RS505 shifters and calipers

I'd be careful with that and check into the shift actuation ratios first.
I understand that Sensah uses SRAM ratios, meaning you'd need something like the SRAM Rival shifters instead. Using 105s might not play well with the Sensah rear derailleur

Not sure how trace velo has his setup but I was looking into the same thing in the past. I think some work with shimano but the empire and empire pro are only compatible with sram
