Anyone tried the Zero copies with titanium spindle and cleats for around €70/$80?

Can't find any reviews.

Always thought Bebops were way better, but only got 2 pairs of cleats left.

I tried once Time MTB copies with Ti axles.
After a few months, the bearings did grind the pedal axle for a mm or so.

It is a question of finding a good Ti alloy provider.
While Walty for instance seem to make frames with high quality Ti alloy, the pedal axles from an unknown seller on Ali is far from certain.

The Ti axles of the original Time pedals I have are bombproof.
I buy the cheap model now, keep the outside, and re-use the Ti axles.

I've recently started using ATACs on my fixie.

They're OK, but the cleat isn't terribly secure in the bars and moves around quite a lot. They haven't unclipped unexpectly, but it is pretty distracting and I am able to tear my foot out when standing up on the pedals if I try to.

The Bebops are worlds ahead.  Totally secure, and the cleat doesn't move around at all.  Plus of course they have masses of completely unsprung float.

I'm thinking about giving MagPed a go. But there are so few reviews or user reports.

The ATAC pedals float(floats depending on the cleats you put on)
And you have to like it for sure.

But my feet never left the pedals, even on riding hard or on harsh sections.
And they last years without any maintenance.
I was going about 9 months with Eggbeaters before, changing the bushings and bearings regularly.

The Bebops looks nice and light!
Just looking quickly at a few sites for comments, Bebops seems to release quite easily for some.

And look not working great in mud. Did you ride with them in the mud ?
The ATAC are perfect for the regularly muddy Belgium.

It's pretty much impossible for Bebops to release within their float range unless something breaks. But there is no resistance at all until you reach the point of unclipping - but that is over 20 degrees.  They feel like you're ice skating.  Some people - probably those who are all over the bike or feet splay when pedaling struggle with that.

I find the ATACs disconcerting given that the cleat will move around in the bars. I assume CBs are the same.

I don't ride in mud and try to avoid rain. Find it absolutely miserable

Can't deal with SPDs or Looks though as they crucify my knees.

I liked the Onzas back in the day, but obviously out of production.
