so I ordered a YKYWBIKE 3/4 bib during the Anniversary sale and it just arrived yesterday.

The quality is so good, especially the Elastic Interface chamois.

One thing I noticed though is that I possibly derped when I ordered it, not knowing it was for women ;D

But hey, it still fits great!

Hello,
I am looking for good quality MTB T-shirts for enduro, XC and touring use.

Does anyone have any experience with T-shirts that are available from Aliexpress?

I have a couple ykyw bib shorts. They are good for the price and I use them on the trainer mostly. I don't find them to be as comfortable as my PI and PMCC bibs even though I bought the more expensive ykyw. But for $40 bucks each, these are ideal for trainer use and having some spare bibs around. The quality however is excellent IMO. Good materials, good stitching and construction, smooth seams, comfortable straps.

FWIW, I am 6' / 170lbs, long torso and short legs. YKYW AsianXL are a good fit. I could probably squeeze into an AsianL for more compression, but that might be too small.

Got a set of these Spexcel winter bibs recently, highly recommend them. They fit really nice, good for shoulder seasons with a nice fleece lining.

I also ordered the newer bib designs hoping for a longer leg length than my other spexcel bibs. These new ones are much better in that regard, good option to consider. They seem to fit much smaller than the other bibs from them I have though, I'm not sure if the cut is smaller or the fabric is less elastic.

Re Bibs, I’ve tried all kinds of Aliexpress stuff (the ones recommended in this thread).
To be honest, they’re all quite shite compared to my Pearl Izumi Pro bibs I got for USD 110.
Shite as in not even close in terms of riding comfort. Independent of the saddle, I can ride my bike much longer indoors and outdoors with the bibs mentioned above. And they’re not even top of the range, while the Ali ones certainly were.

I’d even go as far as saying Chinese bibs don’t make sense for athletes who invest a lot of time into training etc. The difference is night and day. Not necessarily in production quality, they may be close to on par with each other in some cases. But big time in terms of comfort, we’re talking a different level. So from my experience, I’d directly go with one pair of good bibs and be done.
It would be significantly cheaper.
I went down the more expensive road. First cheap skate, then buying the real thing.

Yeah gotta say I agree with this mostly...

The red pads in my cheji bibs are just as good as any of my top brand stuff. I'd say they're superior to my santini pads. Still, Rosti make my favourite pad overall.

But then again, I have an unpadded saddle that seems to fit me perfectly, so I get along with most bibs pretty well. I went through 20 saddles to actually get to this one though.

The fake elastic interface pads, like those offered on brands like darevie or ykykkykykkbike have been pretty ordinary but still usable, unlike those ultra cheap 7d fluoro pads, which are just utter garbage.

Agree with this. The red Cheji pads are the best I have tried so far as compared to even Santic and Lameda pro models.

hey can you link to this cheji bib? I've got one on my cart with the red pad as well, but I don't know if this is what you were referring to.

Thanks!

Grabbed one of the infamous "Ralpha" jerseys.

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2251832663333580.html

Its actually really nice especially for a $20 jersey.  Perfect middle finger to overpriced spandex and lycra.  I will make it a point to wear it next time I head to Bentonville and ride past the Rapha headquarters.

They definitely run small.  i'm 5'5" 120lbs and the size small is super tight/form fitting on me.

Love it. Have you bought many AliX jerseys? I would expect something unbranded like this to be 12-15 max, not 20. Is the fabric or stitching uber fancy, or they're just trying their luck?
Fast on the flat. And nowhere else.

The fabric is very nice, 2 different types used in the construction.    All of my jerseys are from AliEx, the only one that is remotely as nice as this one is my Darevie long sleeve summer jersey.   $20 seems fair IMO.  They pop up at various prices but seem always to be around $15-20 total.
