With a DUB BB, this one from ZRACE: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001288075645.html
Insure you take the DUB version as there are 24mm ones.
If I remember well, you can contact them to just buy the crankset+ring without the BB.

It has a 29mm spindle. But the width is not exactly the same as SRAM DUB.
Instead of an adjuster ring to preload, it comes with spacers you can choose.

Here's a good BB, for BB386 take the road version:

Yes. Just to be sure contact the seller.

Or maybe go directly to ZRACE's store on https://zrace.aliexpress.com/ (wow... they have their own sub domain on ali  :o) to ask them questions.
But they are more expensive.

You can fit pretty much any crank in a BB386 bottom bracket shell. The "BB386" only refers to dimensions of the BB shell in your frame. It has nothing to do with the crank itself. So as carbonazza said, you can e.g. buy a DUB crankset and a DUB bottom bracket for a BB386 frame.

Or you can use a Shimano crankset, with this BB: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32899151818.html

Or you can use a Praxis crankset, with one of their BBs.

I get this question so much, that I found using DUB makes things easier for most.
You just asked for a way out of Praxis proprietary BBs ;) and a 24mm is heavier  ;D

I had issues with that bb and "shimano" compatible cranksets. The thickness of the flanges that allow it to be tool tightened are too wide, about twice the thickness of pf versions. The result is that the crank spindle isn't long enough to allow you to engage enough of the thread for the loads that get transferred through it.  Replaced mine with a dub pf bb and crankset and everything fit prefectly.

Also had this issue. Couldn't get the little safety clip on the non drive side to slot in. It's only about 1mm off. Ran the crank anyway and having no issues so far  :o
