Toseek TR5500
« on: October 15, 2024, 03:11:02 PM »
Hello guys, i'm new here and i am interested in getting some integrated carbon handlebars made by Toseek. I was asking on other forums if anyone had any experience with this brand or specifically the model TR5500, but i had zero luck. So i'll try here.

Has anyone had or still have mentioned bars (Toseek TR5500) and how is the quality? Especially the stiffness because i don't want that they fail on me mid ride. I want to save some money by buying them but i know that safety is probably going to be compromised :/

No experience with them, but I've bought 6 airworlf cockpits, they cost the same, they look similar, they allegedly include T1000, they are lighter so that gives credibility to the T1000 claim, and we all find them very stiff. I wouldn't buy a frame from them, but I really like their cockpits.
Fast on the flat. And nowhere else.

I've had both separate bars and an integrated bar from Toseek both through Ali Express.  I use cabled gears and on my 3T Strada the integrated solution didn't work as well as the replacement bars but I transferred the Toseek to my gravel frame which has less additional bends, and changing has been good.

3 years plus on these so I don't know if spec has changed but I like flat tops. Plenty stiff enough for me at 76kg.

I've been back through my Ali and I bought my Toseek integrated bars  in Dec 2020 so an older version that came in at about 350g.   So they were a previous version to the one being referenced but I can only speak for my experience with the brand, which on my sample of 2 has been good.
