Wouldn't put too much stock in such tools but YMMV.

It won't vary, though.

FWIW I have ordered for years from stores like store89729381293612637xyz based purely on prices (cheapest) with complete disregard to store rating and never received "unsatisfactory goods". I have indeed received unsatisfactory goods but that had nothing to do with seller rating. I just bought shit product. Wouldn't put too much stock in such tools but YMMV.

I usually avoid stores under 90% rating in aliup when i'm buying electronics or other stuff. But it looks like that that bike parts is one of those rare instances where the noname store ships it to you without a fake tracking number or sending other part instead.

I have in my cart a Sensah Empire groupset 2x11 (brifters, front and rear derailleurs, cassette, maybe chain depending on the options).
I already have a Riro crankset+chainrings coming, and installed a few weeks ago the Onirii hybrid calipers.

Do you think it would be a good buy, either to upgrade my 2x8 Microshift groupset, or to fit on a new carbon frame that sooner or later I'm gonna buy?
Or would you advise going for the more expensive 12s version?

Alright how many of you are staying up super late (early) in America to nab the goods? Lol

I got two coupons yesterday that I'll be using. Don't have to stay awake late, don't think items in my cart will sell out..

I am already becoming burnt out trying to find the good deals.  Usually when this happens I decide not to make many purchases, as it becomes a time spent finding the deal, versus the value of my time.

Ali is exhausting at the best of times, when you factor in 11/11 chicanery it's down right debilitating.

Beyond the sometimes overwhelming amount of choice, you then have to factor in ten other variables and finally hope the quality is not worthless junk based on often limited reviews if there's any at all.

I love Ali, there's so much stuff that you can't find in the west but man I wish I could bill them for my time... I spent all of yesterday looking for 11/11 parts :/

But, but ... isn't that part of the fun?  ;D
Slow on the climb. And everywhere else.

Ha you have a funny idea of fun :D

I think sometimes I'd be better off taking up self flagellation rather than shopping on Ali.

Is it really that difficult to find good deals? It took me a while to figure out the dos and don'ts of product categories and brands, but now that I know it's still incredibly easy to find high value parts...for now...

i just ordered (yet another) ltwoo er9 RD for 150 eur shipped (from 80 designer store), and 3 other cheaper things. I used the 25 off 169 coupon, and got another 2 eur off with coins. It's pretty good, 27 eur off isn't a trivial amount, and the other 3 things had list prices in line with historical pricing, instead of the wildly inflated prices seen in the last weeks on alix.
Overall, I'm pleased. And the platform has become so convenient to use.
Fast on the flat. And nowhere else.

I'm terrible at understanding how to get value of the deals and coupons and whatever rocket science I need to apply to get the big savings.
I usually just look at the list price during the day, if it's a price I'm willing to pay I just add it to cart and then some coupons are applied and I'm happy. I'm sure I can optimize more and I wish I knew how to.

In your opinion, is an Elite wheels set for mtb (slr model in my case, 1500 gr, 30 mm inner width) a good deal for the price of around 430 euro (included shipping and custom fee) considering coupon and other little discount (coins, credits,...)?
thanks

This sale is diabolical. The venfort hub went from 45€ to 86€ overnight, the gravel framesets price went down by 20€ BUT the shipping price went from 15€ to 59€ and early february delivery time. The Sensah team pros brifters price silently went up by 14€. Before the sale i seen 8-14€ discount on other items but after the sale started all of them are back to their normal price. The only good pricedrop i see is the toseek carbon handlebar which dopped in price by 23€.

Really dissapointed in this sale.

On the bike front it's a bit meh i agree. Ordered some rigid forks and bafang cables for an ebike hardtail commuter build https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005005392892814.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.20.21ef18025cEQJn&gatewayAdapt=glo2vnm

10% off.. yay but i did also manage to snag an ssd at about 60% of the local price which then allowed me to use a decent coupon on the order for a much bigger discount. So not bad over all.
