The exact same thing happened to me. I originally ordered on Ali, but then they reached out via WhatsApp offering a better price if I ordered directly and paid via PayPal. I got a full Ultegra Di2 group (minus the crankset) for $893, including shipping, customs, and tax coverage.
They sent me a tracking number the day after payment, so now I'm just waiting for it to arrive. To be safe, I added all the order details—item part numbers and the agreement on shipping/customs/tax coverage—directly into the PayPal payment note.
Paid on September 13th, shipped on the 14th.
